General Tso’s Restaurant & Catering uses the information in this form to review complimentary office-tasting requests and contact applicants about their request. Submitting does not book a tasting, place an order or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Information you submit

We collect company and office address, group size, timing, catering frequency, contact name, email, optional phone number, catering role and your permission to be contacted. We also record the time, request reference and campaign labels included in the page address, when supplied.

How your request reaches our team

Your request is stored in our website database and sent through our website’s email service to our catering-orders Slack channel. Authorized channel members can review those details to assess the service area, office fit and tasting availability. Our website hosting, email and Slack providers process this information to provide these services.

Optional measurement

If you choose “Allow measurement,” this page uses Google Analytics, ChatGPT Ads and LinkedIn to measure visits and successful tasting requests and help assess our advertising. These services may use cookies or browser identifiers and receive technical information such as page address, browser information and advertising click identifiers. Where enabled in the advertising service, matching features may use hashed contact identifiers. We do not include your form answers in the lead-event details we send.

Choose “Essential only” to use the page and submit a request without these optional measurement scripts. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” on the tasting page. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as an essential-only choice. Your preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days.

Spam prevention and security

We use limited-duration form tokens, a hidden spam field, and request limits. Request-limit identifiers are hashed using a server-held key; raw IP addresses are not saved in our form database. Temporary request-limit records expire and are cleared during later submissions. Our hosting provider may process technical logs to operate and protect the service.

Contact and texting

Your contact permission applies to this tasting request. It is not permission for automated promotional text messages. This form does not send automated texts.

Information to leave out

Please do not enter payment details, personal health information or other sensitive information. Discuss dietary requirements and ingredient questions directly with our catering team.

Retention and your requests

Requests and their channel notifications remain available to our team for reviewing and following up on catering needs, until removed by the team. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. Owner-authorized test submissions are labeled separately and excluded from real lead conversions.
